Refund & Store Credit Policy

By placing an order with 2SIX Sports, you agree to the terms outlined in our Refund, Return, and Limited Drop policies. We encourage all customers to review these terms carefully before completing their purchase.

2SIX SPORTS Exclusive Drops

All sales for Exclusive Drop items are final. These items are  limited-edition, and cannot be remade or exchanged.
No refunds, returns, or store credit will be issued, including for any items damaged during transit. You can not use a discount code on Exclusive Drops


2SIX SPORTS Essentials

Refunds are not offered for Essentials items. However, customers may request store credit if eligible.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.


Eligibility for Store Credit (Essentials Only)

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Requires photo  proof

  • A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued

Incorrect Items Received

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery

  • We will ship the correct item (if in stock) or provide store credit

Product Appearance Issues

  • Minor color or print variations may occur

  • If an item looks significantly different from online images, you may request store credit within 14 business days of receiving your order excluding Exclusive Drops

  • We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. Slight variations in color, print, or sizing may occur and are not considered defects.
    2SIX Sports is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper care of our products.

Returns for Store Credit

Returns are only accepted for Essentials items and are processed as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 business days

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition

  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect


How to Request Store Credit

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue

  3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions

  4. Store credit will be emailed once your return is received and processed

Please ensure you provide a valid email address. We do not accept phone numbers as the sole method of contact and will only communicate via email.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for orders placed in the wrong size. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased on sale, through promotional offers, or from Exclusive Drops are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • You can not use a Discount code on Exclusive Drops.



Chargeback & Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase with 2SIX Sports, you acknowledge and agree to all of Return and refund store policies.
Any chargebacks or disputes made against clearly communicated and accepted terms will be challenged with full documentation, including proof of agreement at checkout.
