Order Processing Time
2SIX Sports Essentials orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time does not include shipping time. Standard shipping may take up to 3 to 4 business days once the order has been shipped.
2SIX SPORTS: The LIMITED Drop (Pre-Order Items)
Items purchased through our 2SIX SPORTS Exclusive Drops are pre-order items with a processing time of 4 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). This is separate from standard shipping time. Please note that expedited shipping will not speed up delivery for pre-order items.
Shipping Carriers
We use USPS for all deliveries.
Standard Delivery Cost (USA)
The standard delivery cost for orders within the USA will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If an item is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. No refunds for failed delivery due to address or access issues
P.O. Box Deliveries
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
Delivery Responsibility and Issues
Once your order has been shipped, 2SIX Sports is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages resulting from carrier error or incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error in the shipping information, we are unable to offer assistance.
If your package is missing or misdelivered, please contact your local post office or carrier directly using your tracking number. While we are happy to assist where possible, all delivery responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier.
